Using state-of-the-art reformer equipment, TenPilates combines classic pilates movements with weight and circuit training to increase the level of intensity and to deliver faster results. Even in group classes, the highly-trained instructors manage to provide one-on-one tuition to perfect technique and avoid unnecessary strain. SW loves the innovative work-out regimes such as Cardiolates (part spin, part pilates) and the seasonal sports training, such as ski-fit and tennis-fit. Male-only classes incorporate boxing and other macho ‘manalates’ movements. Prices are fair considering the quality training and cleanliness of the facilities.
