SW REVIEW
There's little not to like about Chris and Jeff Galvin - two brothers with an enviable record of heading up some fantastic Michelin-starred restaurants who chose to create this, their first solo venture, as an unfussy, modern-day bistro serving exceptional French food in an informal atmosphere. The homage to the ideal relaxed Gallic eatery (oui oui, bien sur) is complimented by sourcing only the best ingredients to create their seasonally-inspired menus. A clean and simple interior encourages a vibrant ambience and the food is served up with beautiful presentation, making it a bit of a shame to stick a fork in it. The lunch menu is the stuff of dreams, showcasing the chefs' talents across three glorious courses for a mere £17.50 - perfect for a business lunch and even available for friends at week-ends. Definitely worth a visit before you book that Eurostar ticket.
