SW REVIEW
Head to many of the world’s glitziest cities and you’ll find that French master-chef Joel Robuchon has beaten you there. World domination though is by no means easy and this London culinary extravaganza set over three floors (2 restaurants and bar) in a Covent Garden back street certainly does its part in propping up the empire’s high standards. Choose from favoured smaller tapas-style dishes, full-sized plates or the sprawling tasting menu to experience modern excellence with old-world French cooking at its heart. There really is no denying the skill involved in almost all of the dishes’ execution and, if the budget will stretch to it, a pre-dinner cocktail from the Salon Bar might just give you the energy to delve in to the exceptional wine list.
