Despite the departures of some of its more-famous kitchen maestros, this member of the Gordon Ramsay empire shows little signs of slowing down. Still offering delightful small tasting plates best described as ‘French cuisine with Asian nuances’ into its sixth year, the technical expertise behind the food continues to delight visitors. The interior is spacious, and the cocktail lounge that greets you upon entry is oh-so-chic and perfect for a pre-dinner aperitif. The tasting menu comes highly-recommended, but the restaurant is great at offering more affordable options, with set-menu bargains available at lunch and in the early evening. Just the ticket for sampling some of the culinary wizardry without breaking the bank.
