SW REVIEW
A pop-up restaurant with high aspirations and high-class cuisine to back it up, Roganic’s two-year lease on Marylebone’s foodie-favourite Blandford Street sees chef Simon Rogan import some of Cumbria’s finest foraging to the Capital. From the moment you are greeted by one of the friendliest front-of-house teams in town (headed up by Jonathan Cannon and the delightful Sandia Chang), you get the sense that Roganic is going to deliver a meal just a little bit more special. The menu which appears somewhat mad, with a 10-course tasting menu option offering up some barking pairings that turn out to be exceptional both in terms of taste and texture. The intimate atmosphere and superb service make for a truly memorable experience and the wondrous kitchen creations really do make Roganic stand out amongst London’s recent openings. Highly recommended for an unforgettable night out - catch it before this pop-up...umm...pops down again.
