Pantechnicon. Cubitt. Grazing Goat. Orange. You know they do it well, and this prime example of gastropub excellence found just a stones throw from Sloane Square is no different. A great array of drinks and two floors of dining options, including outside seating and a light, airy casual room on the ground floor, and a more secluded dining room on the first, make this a great place to meet with friends or family for long, leisurely lunches. SW has never actually managed to look past main dishes like Slow-cooked Veal Shin and Champagne-braised Rabbit, but apparently the Wood-fired Pizzas are a specialty and well worth checking out. Great fun with a group, and 4 rooms available to hire for the night on the top floor means even out-of-town visitors can join the party.
