The experts behind the studio have given the place an overhaul to emphasise strict Pilates technique along with BootCamp’s signature maximum calorie burning. If it’s that Baywatch bod you’re after, then look no further. (Boys, that goes for you too as these sessions can make heavy weight lifting seem like a walk in the park!) Hopefully the great heart-rate-pumping tunes they play during classes will be enough to distract you from the burn, and classes are very reasonably priced, especially when going for the off-peak package deal.
