KX gyms (pronounced 'Kicks') claim that many of their members have not showered at home for months, preferring instead the luxurious changing areas at KX to ready themselves. Needless to say, it’s a cut above your average gym. The reception area is calming and welcoming. Inside, the health club has a fresh and natural feeling with interior finishes that feel more like a hotel than a London gym. KX is known to be as much a social club as a health club. The membership fees are shockingly steep, but exclusivity ensures crowding is kept to a minimum and that members like Gwyneth Paltrow are satisfied (sshh, we won’t tell if you don’t.) Certainly a taste of the SWeet life.
