Power yoga, all day? Yes! Two French, Miami-trained teachers opened this studio after hunting to no avail for Power Yoga in London and have searched high and low for the crème de la crème to join their team. Each instructor has their own style but all are top-level and strike a balance between challenging and energising classes. Practice takes place in a big room with hardwood floor, a fireplace and large windows. The relatively small studio allows for personalised classes that are never cramped. Great classes, great space and great value.
